John is also a Founder and the Operations Director for Intaconsult and is responsible for the overall running of the business to which he applies his business acumen, marketing and networking skills to ensure that the business runs both ethically and successfully.
John Griffin
John is the Founder and Managing Director of Intalet, where he is responsible for the buying, preparation, letting and sales of property in the portfolio where he has developed a reputation for quality, value for money and integrity.
John has a passion for home buying and providing properties of a high standard for people to live in. In addition to property management, John is also a Founder and the Operations Director for Intaconsult and is responsible for the overall running of the business to which he applies his business acumen, marketing and networking skills to ensure that the business runs both ethically and successfully.
John is also a coach and mentor. He trained at Oxford Brookes and uses a number of coaching approaches and models including the Grow Model to ensure that the coaching is focused on the achievement of specific goals through meaningful conversations.
John has worked with a wide range of organisations, transferred skills and coached individuals and teams to create change that successfully addresses the real business challenges.
Outside Work
John lives near Sherborne and supports Gore Farm, and is a Patron of Future Roots, helping young people to understand farming and the food chain. He supports the Sherborne Country Fair and the Sherborne Classic and Super Car show who raise money for local charities including children's charities.
